How it works

From click to package

  1. Click “Choose a package”. The console opens.
  2. Enter your email address and confirm the code. We email you a code – you don't need a password.
  3. You land straight on the package page. There you pick a plan and modules and see the price before you buy anything.
  4. Start the trial. The card is added to activate; no charge for 14 days, cancel in the console before it ends. The trial is available once: if you have had one before, the subscription starts right away.

When is my card charged?
The card is added to activate. There is no charge during the 14-day trial. If you cancel in the console before it ends, nothing is charged. The trial is available once: if you have had one before, the subscription starts right away.
What happens after 14 days?
Unless you cancel, your chosen plan continues and your saved payment method is charged for the first time. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged: your account moves to the free plan and is not blocked. On the free plan, the AI no longer answers questions. The chat window stays on your website and takes contact requests. Premium channels and modules are switched off.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans and modules run monthly and can be cancelled in the console.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You add or remove modules on the console's package page at any time. Each tile shows its price before you buy.
